Warranty Policy

Empire Barber Supplies recognizes the significance of your tools to your profession, and our warranty policies are designed to provide a swift and hassle-free solution in case you encounter any manufacturer defects with your equipment. All electrical machines have a minimum of 1-year warranty (depending on the manufacturer's warranty.)

  • Defective Electrical Appliances

    Empire Barber Supplies will honour the manufacturer’s 1-year warranty for all electrical items purchased from us and will the replace defective electrical appliances covered.

    Examples of Manufacturer Defects:

    • Tool Shuts off by itself
    • Tool does not turn on
    • Tool does not charge
    • Switch does not work or works intermittently 
    • Tool only works for a short period of time (a few minutes)
    • Charging base no longer turns on when plugged in

    Examples of physical damage that are NOT covered under warranty and must be reported within 7 days of delivery:

    • Tool has imperfections on body (dent or cracks)
    • Blade is chipped or broken
    • Tool makes excessive noise
    • Blade is no longer cutting properly

    Should you experience any manufacturer defects within 1 year of using your electrical tools, physical damage within 7 days of delivery or are having any issues with your tools and require assistance please follow the steps below:

    1. Submit Your Request

    Send us an Email at info@empirebarber.ca and include the following information:
    - Your full name
    - Your order number
    - The name of the product
    - The nature of the defect (Pictures/ Videos will help)

    2. Replacement Authorization 

    Once your request is reviewed, one of our team members will respond back to you as soon as possible by email. Should your situation warrant a replacement, our team will send you a return label for you to send us back the defective unit. Once the defective unit is received by us it will be inspected for the defect described.

    Should your issue not be covered by the warranty as described above, our team will make every effort to assist you in suggesting a potential solution, if one is available.

    3. Item Replacement

    After inspection, a replacement unit will be shipped out to you (for your convenience, we will cover the cost of shipping.)

    Please note if the item is deemed to be a non-defective product after inspection, your original machine will be shipped back to you and you will be charged a re-ship fee.

  • Defective Furniture (Barber Chairs & Shampoo Units)

    We take pride in selling high quality furniture and all furniture items sold on our website have a 2-year warranty on all defects. 

    Examples of Manufacturer Defects:

    • Faulty hydraulic
    • Malfunctioning recline function
    • Issues using headrest
    • Faulty faucet or hose

    In the rare occurrence you experience some defects with your furniture, we are here to assist you. Please follow the steps below:

    1.Submit your Request

    Send us an email at info@empirebarber.ca and include the following information:
    - Your full name
    - Your order number
    - The name of the product
    - The nature of the defect (Pictures/ Videos will help)

    2. Replacement Parts Authorization

    Once your request has been reviewed, our team will arrange to send you the replacement part required to fix the defect and provide detailed instructions on how to replace it.
