To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

1. Submit Your Request

Send us an Email at info@empirebarber.ca and include the following information:

- Your full name
- Your order number
- The name of the product

2. Returning

Once your request is reviewed, one of our team members will respond back to you as soon as possible by email. Once your request has been authorized, you’ll be able to return your item it to the following address:

We recommend that your ship your item with the original box and that you use a traceable shipping method like Canada Post or UPS.

Please note that you will be responsible for the shipping costs from your address to our warehouse. We will assume all other shipping and handling fees tied with your request.

3. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, usually within 1 or 2 business days.
